What is collected
When you send a speaking inquiry or request board materials as an assistant, the site keeps what you type into the form, such as your name and the details of your request.
When you book a meeting, the booking is handled by Calendly, and Calendly shares the details you give it with Aleesha.
Private Entry uses a secure device cookie and records code attempts to limit repeated guesses. The device cookie does not hold your name or email. Session rooms are currently unavailable.
What is not collected
The five-number scorecard is currently unavailable. Previously entered scorecard answers were processed only in your browser, not saved or sent.
Visit counts are measured with Plausible, a privacy-focused tool that uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How it is stored
Form submissions are kept in Lovable Cloud. Access is restricted to authorized administration and the services processing your request. Other visitors cannot read anyone's submission.
How it is used
Aleesha uses your information to answer your request and prepare for a conversation with you. Each submission also sends her an email notification so she can reply personally.
AI services may process request details to draft preparation notes for Aleesha. Follow-up drafts require her review. Request notifications and scheduled internal summaries are sent automatically to her.
How it is shared
Your information is not sold or rented. Lovable Cloud provides hosting and storage; Lovable's email and AI services process notifications and preparation notes; Calendly handles bookings; Plausible measures visits. Details are shared with these services as needed to handle your request and operate the site. Information may also be disclosed when the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for as long as they are useful for the relationship. You can ask at any time to see what is held about you or to have it deleted.
